Lenovo owned Motorola releases a new “G” series device/s every year. Though this year’s Moto G6 line-up didn’t do any wonders but Motorola is already working on next iteration of the G series named Moto G7. We first rumors saw the leaks popping up in back in August.
Now here we are with some leaked renders of Moto G7 which will be released in 2019. These new 3D renders shows all the sides of the device.
These renders shows the new “waterdrop” notch with round corners. The display is of 18:9 aspect ratio with a slightly bigger chin at the bottom. The bezel above the notch houses the earpiece speaker and the bottom bezel with the “Motorola” logo underneath the glass.
The back of the phone features dual cameras and flash in the familiar circular camera placement since the Moto G5 days. Below that is the fingerprint scanner to unlock the device. Back of the device looks like it is made of Glass and is curved around the edges.
There is not much revealed regarding the specs of the device as we know the device will include a Full HD+ resolution display. Some Octa-Core SoC, 4GB RAM, 64GB of local storage and dual 16+5MP cameras and a 12MP selfie camera. All this will be backed up by 3,500 mAh battery. In terms of Software it will have a near stock Android Pie with some Moto Geatures and will supports Motorola’s Turbo Charging capabilities.
So far the Moto G7 is looking to be good but Lenovo’s pricing is what worries me. They are not as aggressive as they should be in Indian markets. Only time will tell what will new Moto G7 can do for Motorola’s market share in budget category.
